Comapny does not follow instructions, poor commuication. cancelled a load that he agreed to cancel and then went to pick the vehicle up anyway. Then was to deliver the vehicle same day when i reached out to get update no response until next day after several texts. The I get the BOl and he has the entire vehicles marked the exact same way scrachtes all over which clearly in the pictures did not show. Over excessive markings to try and cover themselves.
