Absolutely do not use. My car was damaged during shipping and the driver yelled and blamed it on me. The company canceled their insurance the day after and now I lost money to get my car shipped and a broken car.

SUBZERO experience. Terrible communication. No one speaks English. Got a flat tire, delayed more than 48 hours of expected window. I had to escalate and make over a dozen calls and then was threatened by the dispatch. There was zero communication with each delay until I chased them down. When the car finally arrived they wanted payment which was already paid w a credit card on file. I’m filing a complaint to every organization I can find including BBB, transportation authorities, and insurance regulators. I don’t believe this is a compliant organization. I’m also telling Nexus to remove them off their subcontractor list. They should not be allowed to transport vehicles.
