Yeah, beware of this carrier. Very poor client service. Contracted them to pick up 2x cars on Thursday and drop off on Friday (~300miles trip). Friday morning, I contact them to get ETA - thats when I learn there was an issue with the trailer SO cars not picked up on Thursday. So sorry sir, drop off is now Saturday. Saturday morning, I contact them to ETA AGAIN - I then AGAIN learn that trailer is still in repair ... so no drop off on Saturday, now Sunday. They " apologize again" and promise Sunday late afternnon drop off. Sunday 1pm, Nothing heard from carrier. I contact them "What's the ETA" - four hours later (yes, four hours later), answer me that driver got held up and now drop off is MONDAY MORNING. Dispatcher promises me 7am SHARP drop off. And gives me his personal word and assurance that they will be there. 0700am SHARP - No cars. Dispatcher word has proven useless. 0710am ME: Wheres my cars? Them: Driver hit traffic, 30 mintues out. 0750am ME: Wheres my cars? Them Driver will be there in a few minutes. 0820am Driver shows up. Doesnt know about promises to arrive at 7am, Main Office/dispatch just sent him out last night. And the funniest part in this all is thatthey did not reduce their transport fee - even though they were three days late, gave me their sworn word of a specific delivery, and did nothing to keep me informed. Yeah, may be cheapest carrier but you get what you pay for - find another carrier who recognizes that your life does not revolve around theirs.
