!BEWARE! very bad experience. The lack of communication. Company was 2hours late to pick up & I was the one who had to reach out to them to figure that out after being an hour passed pick up time . We agreed on pick up window, my contact had to stay away from work for almost 3hours waiting on them . Sonic has done nothing to rectify any of my inconveniences. As For delivery they told my pick up contact they would get to delivery location 2-3pm or by evening the next day . I took off work early to be there during drop off window. I reached out 2x in the morning with no response & then I called again around 7pm they answered . I asked what's going on what is eta they tell me 12 in the AM. The business the vehicle was going to is closed at that time. Had to start work late because of delivery next morning . I feel I've overpaid for the service provided & Overall experience was very unprofessional neither sonic or the carrier “ KKK Luxury logistics“ were unprofessional. GO ELSEWHERE that will value your time & money. Don’t let KKK Luxury logistics transport your car if a dispatcher says that company go with a different one
