I appreciate that my car got to the drop off location safely but I was disappointed with how my car was picked up 2 days late and dropped off 2 days late. I had to change my flight which cost me 400.00 and the company is unwilling to reimburse me for them not picking up the car amd dropping it off in the days that was in our contract. Very disappointed
