my name is Cindy and I use this company to transport a vehicle from Arkansas to California first off. They arrive two days late because of someone else being slow with loading their vehicle. Also, they arrived two days late at my destination because they were busy waiting for other vehicles to pick up instead of taking an extra hour out of their way to deliver to my location and addition they damage my hubcaps and did not give me a chance to properly look my vehicle over before demanding money and wanting to signature and even sign my name when I was delay, I should’ve given them no money, but I was young and stupid and I did, very, very disappointing. My agent reached out to the owner of this company who did not do anything and did not take responsibility for his driver and the poor service. The only reason I gave them one was because I did eventually receive my vehicle 4 days later the contract stated if I could go after them legally I would but don’t know how
