Contacted my Broker about pickup of vehicle. Lucky Wheel picked up the request and said they were able to pick up on Wednesday, 14 August. Received no updates the day before or day of scheduled pick up so I contacted dispatch to be later informed the driver ran out of hours and would not be able to pick up until following day. I was given a window of 8-10 am for pickup and later notified them 9-10 am would work for dealership on 15 August. Scheduled pick up time had elapsed so I contacted dispatch with no response and again contacted dispatch later in the day only to be told the driver was still not at the location for pick up. Immediately received a call from the driver with conflicting information previously passed from dispatch. I was reassured he would make it by the 7:15 deadline and it would be delivered the following morning since they are "team driving" and would drive through the night for a 10 am - Noon delivery at destination. Delivery time had passed on 16 August so I inquired with the driver with no resonse as well as dispatch with no response. I was able to finally get in touch with driver 4 hours later only to be told he was still 200Miles / 3 Hours out which put him finally delivering the vehicle 1 day and 7 hours late. Once the driver showed up I noticed his company and DOT number on the side of the truck did not match the contracted carrier. He later revealed he was in fact contracted with Lucky Wheel Transportation but did not have the sign applied to his truck. After all the "team driving" story, he was a solo driver who had apparently drove 800 miles the day prior. Overall poor to no communication. No paperwork was sent prior and had to ask for original BOL upon arrival for delivery. Thankfully the vehicle arrived safely with no additional mileage as stated in other reviews. I begrudgingly paid the full amount to the driver as it was obvious he was getting his orders from dispatch to presumable pick up other loads. STAY AWAY, STAY FAR AWAY!

Please Please do yourself a favor! Stay Far Far Away! Drove our truck during transporting! Check engine light on and truck stalling! Was blocked because I kindly called and requested a refund, provided proof as they take pictures of vehicle outside and odometers. Company will be investigated / -10000000 starts

Worst company I ever worked with. Stay away, they should not be in business at all.
