MLK Start was found using a broker. Overall my vehicle was picked up and delivered but I was a little nervous. The driver showed up in a truck with a different company name on it and did not speak English. I called the dispatcher at MLK to confirm if that was the driver they sent. Driver did not have a paper copy of the Bill of Lading. Emailed me a incomplete copy but it did have my vehicle info on it. Time to load it. The driver struggled with a manual transmission and my poor clutch took a beating. I sure hope he did not have to take it on/off to load more vehicles. By complete chance I called the next evening to get a status and an estimated delivery time. The response was the driver will there in 10 minutes. Wow okay so much for the hour notice lucky I called. The dispatcher was easy to work with but my overall impression was this is a fly by night operation and if something had gone bad it would be very difficult to recoup any losses.
