This company was utilized to repo my vehicle. I was able to pay to retain my vehicle the next day. However, there was noticeable damage to my vehicle. The tow driver also did not leave the key with the salvage yard and it took 3 days to return the key in order for me to drive my vehicle. Speaking with CAM Financial I was advised that the damage was done at the salvage yard. I would like to partially agree. However, for 3 weeks now I have been requesting 1 picture of the vehicle when they dropped it off at the salvage yard. I have now received 4 different stories as to why they will not provide me with proof that they there was NO damage when they dropped of the vehicle. This alone signals that they are trying to cover are covering up something. All that being said, a company that will NOT do what it takes to clear them of any wrong leaves a customer to believe that something is wrong.
