Donnie doesn't deserve even one star. His communication was terrible, and he never showed up to pick up my cats on multiple occasions. I had to find someone else to do the job because he would ignore my messages and give no updates. He caused unnecessary stress for my pets. I don’t know what kind of business he’s running, but he might want to rethink owning one because he's not a good businessman at all! Avoid at all costs!

After over a month of dealing with this company the week of my transport the owner postponed 4 times. One due to his wife’s son because he “got into trouble”, another time because of poor scheduling, the third time because he didn’t have the needed equipment and lastly due to mechanical issues. When I questioned it finally he swore at me cancelling saying I was ungrateful and threatened to sue me even though he cancelled the service. His threats to sue me included me posting an honest review on Facebook which he quickly deleted. Not only did he waste a month of my time but he inconvenienced many with his poor business ethics and hostile behavior.
