DND was hired to haul a new boat. They sent a driver that was unexperieced and was not listed on their insurance. The boat was incorrectly hooked up and safety chains were not attached. Driver drove off the dealership lot and the boat and trailer came unhitched and slid across the street hitting a pole and causing $47k in damages. Claims against DND and the driver were denied because the driver was not listed on the policy. Who would send a person who has never towed a boat to pick up a $150k boat. Unfortunately I have had to hire a lawyer. We will see what happens.

We used a broker to find this transporter. Delivery was great and their tow vehicle is a brand new Dodge dually. They delivered a 25' pontoon boat from Las Vegas, NV to Yacolt, WA. Drivers spoke very little English so a little hard to communicate with, but they were very nice guys. Only complaint was that the broker told us the boat would be picked up on Thursday night and it wasn't until Friday morning. Great prices. I wouldn't hesitate to use them for your deliveries.
