Vehicle damaged while under their care and they refuse to coordinate repair even though they admitted fault.

CATASTROPHIC experience. Damaged customers vehicle, insurance company estimated damage to $8500, but as they have $5000 deductible, they will only cover $3500. Both me and customer tried to resolve this in a normal manner with them, but owner thinks if he pretends that he isn't owner and avoids calls this will disappear. Communication is impossible as he avoids calls, texts and emails. This is childish behaviour and will be pursued legally. BROKERS BEWARE!

Carrier delivered truck with damage to roof of cab and front bumper. Carrier denied although at pick up and at delivery pictures prove this. When asked to document BOL with damage, we were denied. We fully understood that we should be allowed to document damage on the BOL but due to the electronic system they told us that we had to sign first - 100% fraudulent practice. Stay far away from this company.
