This is a dishonest man, he demanded to be paid $200, cash which I sent via Zelle. He then proceeded to be dishonest and tell me the funds were not showing up in his account. I proceeded to drive to the nearest ATM and gave him $200 and advised him to decline the Zelle funds or send them back. He has refused to do so. Hear me clear, DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN ANY CASH DIRECTLY.
