I had a very disappointing experience with BRUSNIKA CARLINE LLC. We hired them to complete a load for our company, and they collected the full payment of $850.00 USD directly from the customer. As per our agreement, they were entitled to a fee of $650.00 USD, leaving a balance of $200.00 USD owed to us.
Unfortunately, they have refused to send us the remaining balance, despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue. Communication throughout the process was extremely poor, which made the situation even more frustrating.
This lack of professionalism and integrity is unacceptable in the freight and transportation industry. I caution others to think twice before working with BRUSNIKA CARLINE LLC. as you may face similar issues.
To ensure fairness and accountability, we are also reporting this incident to the FMCSA and other relevant platforms.
