I called AAA after being stranded on 599, and they sent Chico's Towing. The driver, Manuel, arrived within 20 min. He was so friendly and helpful, and was able to safely secure my car on the tow truck. It happened to be a Sunday, so the shop I had him take it to was closed, without anywhere to leave the car. The office called to let me know they would keep my car overnight at their office and deliver it to another shop in the morning! I feel like they went above and beyond with their service. I hope I don't need them again, but if I do that's who I'll call. They made helped make a huge headache so much more tolerable!

Horrible service. AAA daid it would take 25 minutes. 30 minutes later their dispatch finally reached out. 25 minutes after that we heard from the driver who asked for the address of pickup. Told him and was told he's from California he doesn't know the area so we needed to send a pin location. He finally showed up and stuck from smoking weed. His helper never exited the vehicle. He did not secure the drive line and left it dragging and bouncing on the bed of his truck. Upon arrival at the shop he asked us to move our vehicle so he could try and pull in. It took him 5 attempts to pull into the ship parking lot to drop off the vehicle. Called dispatch to report complaints and dispatch did not seem too concerned. Also reached out to AAA to file a complaint. Worst service ever!
