The driver arrived at a parking lot down the street from the pick up location at 2 am and decided to message the contact person to let him know he was down the street and would see him in the morning. Who sends a message at 2am? Then he wanted the contact to drive the car to the parking lot instead of driving to the pick up address. The driver was completely rude and unprofessional to the contact person and left without picking up the vehicle.
