they took my car from manheim auction and kept at their parking lot more than 10 days. i bought a car green light at manheim auction so in 10 days if anything wrong with the car i could return it back. but uniformed because of this piece of shit guys i lost my customer and i can’t return the car back to auction. do not recommend to anyone !!!

from Manheim PA to Brooklyn NY is 3 hours to drive. This company dispatched my car on May 3rd and delivery was on May 6th. Today is May 9th still hear some stories about his service. Don't recommend this company. Terrible service!!!

Carl was super nice and professional! He handed me my check, took a few car photos, and loaded the car on his carrier, then waved goodbye with a smile! I followed delivery of my car on the map which they emailed to me, and was able to see photos of my car after it was delivered to its destination on the car lot. That was great! It gave me comfort to know it was delivered safely, even though I don’t own it anymore.

I was expecting a flat bed to come pickup my vehicle so it was a little worrisome that 2 gentlemen arrived in a car. Once Jesus introduced himself and we started talking it was great. He had everything on his phone to show me who he was and once he inspected the vehicle and I signed my name he sent me an email with all the information. So he and his coworker get a 10. Only one thing as I sold to Vroom who ever picks up should have something identifying that they are picking up from Vroom.
