BEWARE!!!! Scheduled to pick up my vehicle on Wednesday… no show. Again Thursday… No show. The owner said she would take care of me personally and to speak to her only. Friday the vehicle had yet to be picked up on time and she refused to call back, answer the phone, or respond to text messages for hours. The driver then promises pickup Saturday morning and again a no show! Saturday night finally our vehicle was going to be picked up but now it was missing the deadline to ship the vehicle from Cali to Hawaii. Our vehicle is now stuck and we are gone.
